Sunshine Steering was established over 15 years ago and has since grown into a full-service mechanical workshop that employs 4 full time qualified mechanics as well as one apprentice and a trades assistant. We provide an honest and upfront mechanical service – you will always know how much the job is going to cost, and if we find anything that needs to be replaced or repaired during the service, we will always call you to let you know.
Our workshop, located in Palmwoods, is capable of catering to all vehicle makes and models – we keep a number of different tools and machinery on-site that allows us to work with both newer and older cars and motors.
We also have a number of certifications and memberships including:
- IAME – We are members of the Institute of Automotive Mechanical Engineers, the body who sets a lot of the standards for mechanical servicing.
- ADR – We are Australian Design Rules certified, which means that we can not only perform any modifications on your vehicle but we can also provide certification for existing modifications.
- REPCO – As an authorised REPCO mechanic, all of our work is guaranteed nation-wide by all other REPCO mechanics.
- RACQ – We are an approved RACQ repairer.
